Within the AIM network are midwives, obstetricians and other maternity sector specialists who we can call on to review clinical notes and answer your questions on the care you received.

Should you so choose, we offer to walk you through the varying complaints processes, guiding you every step of the way.

If the need arises, AIM can source appropriate legal assistance and expert opinions, often involving significantly reduced fees.

Aim has access to ACC specialists in order to help obtain cover or resolve ACC disputes. We can also help teach you what your entitlements are and how best to use the cover for your particular situation.

As families that have walked similar paths, we offer emotional support to you and your whanau, via email, telephone, or in person. We can also put you in touch with services in your area that specialise, be it health and wellbeing, counselling, grief or disability issues.

We give you a safe place to tell your story publicly through Our Stories on our website.
